Research Executive, Behavioural Insights, Liverpool City Region / Home Working, £17.5k-£25k (dependent on qualifications and experience) + benefits + bonus
We call our research function, Behavioural Insights. This is because we’re seriously into Behaviour-Change and use a wide range of social research methodologies and tools to give us the right insights to define strategy to help our clients maximise their social impact. This could be linked to business strategy, brand development, service or product design, campaign approach, programme design, and evaluating social impact. It’s broad and it’s complicated…but you’ll be the first to say “it’s fascinating”!
Behavioural Insights is a small and very busy team, which means you’ll be turning your hand to a range of projects and skills on a day-to-day basis. One day you could be in the field delivering in-person or online workshops and writing up the findings, the next conducting a desk review and presenting key insights to a room of stakeholders. Our work also involves data intelligence gathering and analysis, using software tools to measure emotions and manage disinformation. You’ll play a key role in executing a range of methodologies suited to a given project and writing up the findings to a quality standard
We’re looking for someone with an impressive academic background in psychology or social sciences, coupled with the drive and determination to get the job done. A few years into your career, we’d expect you to be dynamic and turn your hand to a range of tasks across qualitative and quantitative disciplines. You’ll know the theory, plus we’d expect you to have quite a few stories to share on how you’ve applied it. You’ll also need to be flexible to work on project tasks in the field, from home and at client offices, in different parts of the country.
The closing date for this position has now passed, and we are currently shortlisting applicants.
