The NSMC has been at the forefront of behaviour change and social marketing excellence since its inception by the UK government in 2006. During this time the NSMC have established a social marketing planning process and national benchmark criteria which is quoted and used by many in the industry.
Together Hitch work closely with NSMC to focus on achieving behaviour change for social good. We help public and private sector clients to develop behavioural insight capability and genuinely customer-focused solutions to social marketing challenges.
